USDA Loan
We have discovered that a lot of people in Box Elder County are not aware of a wonderful home loan program through the United States Department of Agriculture. Because Box Elder County is considered "rural," home sales are eligible for 100% financing eliminating the need for a down payment. This in turn, eliminates mortgage insurance and can take down your monthly payment by hundreds of dollars. Eligibility is less strict than a conventional loan, but you do have to fit certain income parameters. For example, a family of 1-4 must make $48,950 but no more than $74,050.
